The diesel injected into the burner is mixed and burned at the same time. When the air supply volume is appropriate, the atomized CO2 and steam exhaust are colorless. When the air supply is insufficient, it will cause incomplete combustion of diesel to generate CO and carbon particles, resulting in the phenomenon of black smoke exhaust. But if the air intake is too high, strong winds can blow away the oil mist that has no time to burn, emitting white smoke. The exhaust gives off black smokeThe common reason is that the intake door of combustion is too small, and the reason for white smoke is that the intake door is too large. In both cases, the intake door should be readjusted. When adjusting, the opening of the air valve can be adjusted while observing the exhaust smoke color until the exhaust smoke color is close to colorless.


Black smoke exhaust is also a reason for poor diesel atomization, oil mist contains larger droplets, can not be fully mixed with air due to incomplete local combustion and black smoke. The reasons for poor diesel atomization are as follows:
1) Aging or blockage of the nozzle reduces its atomization capacity seriously;
2) The oil pressure of the oil pump is too high or too low.


If the oil pump pressure is too low, the oil pressure from the nozzle is low. Of course, the atomization effect is poor, but if the oil pressure from the oil pump is too high, the oil injection pressure will also be low. This is because the oil volume of the oil pump is inversely proportional to the oil pressure. If the oil pressure is too high, the oil output will inevitably decrease. Because the quantity hole of the nozzle is unchanged, the pressure difference between the two ends of the nozzle is reduced, resulting in the phenomenon of oil injection often accompanied by black smoke, which is because the oil supply is not good atomization. The oil pressure of the oil pump can be adjusted according to the exhaust smoke color, and the pressure regulating screw can be moved clockwise when the pressure rises higher than the oil quantity decreases; On the contrary, the pressure drops and the oil output rises.
The burner ignites normally but goes out after a few tens of seconds.
