The same nozzle will have different flows under different pressures. With the increase of oil pump pressure and nozzle specification, the fuel injection volume will continue to increase. According to the nozzle specification used by the burner and the set oil pump pressure, the fuel injection quantity can be found from the following table, and the corresponding output (kw) of the burner can be calculated.
Users can adjust the output of the burner by adjusting the pressure of the oil pump or changing the specification of the nozzle according to the heating requirements of the heating equipment. In order to ensure the good atomization of fuel oil, the operating pressure of the oil pump should not be less than 0.8MPa. At the same time, it should be noted that the fuel injection quantity is not allowed to exceed the maximum value required by the boiler and the maximum value allowed by the burner, nor is it allowed to be less than the corresponding minimum value of the burner output.
