2. Cutting: high precision. Most of the materials are stainless steel pipes. The cutting shall be flat and the size shall be unified.
3. Machining: the wire cutting part requires high precision and fine workmanship. The other part also needs laser cutting. The product is exquisite and the hand feel is smooth and delicate.
4. Welding: with high sealing performance, safety test is required to ensure air tightness to ensure safety.
5. Grinding (casing processing): good appearance design and fine grinding are needed to achieve good smoothness. While ensuring beauty, it also ensures the safety of later use.
6. Outer coating of casing: it needs to be cured at 220 ℃, powder spraying, leveling, uniform film thickness, and durability and corrosion resistance test. To ensure the integrity of use.
7. Fine assembly: the combination precision is high, the rotation between the oil pump, linkage shaft and impeller is stable, the screw at the product connection shall meet the torque standard, and the safety test shall be done to ensure safety.
8. Adjustment: purging time, flame monitoring, atomization performance, oil pressure of oil pump and air valve ratio are set to the ideal position. Different fuels have different commissioning requirements. Each type must be debugged before formal packing, and packing is carried out on the premise of safety.
9. The finished products are packaged and put into the warehouse, waiting for loading and delivery to customers.
