[FAQ 7] why can't flame be formed after ignition?

In daily use, sometimes the flame cannot be formed after the burner is ignited. We should first check the program controller and fire detector.
Problem cause analysis
1. The damper is opened too large and the flame is blown out
2. Improper spark position
3. Insufficient oil pressure, poor fuel atomization
4. Too much water in the oil
5. The oil nozzle is worn or the injection angle is incorrect
6. Flame detector failure
7. Program controller failure
Problem solution
1. Turn down the damper
2. Readjust the spark position
3. Increase the oil pressure properly
4. Choose better diesel
5. Replace the oil nozzle
6. Repair or replace the flame detector
7. Repair or replace the program controller
